the weight-loss results of a friend who trained with her. I started my own journey in
January, and over a period of 12 weeks I lost 6,6kg and 13 cm from my waist. I am now
at my ideal weight, and I have learned new ways of looking at foods and I am able to
judge which foods will impact my weight. During this journey Heidi supplied a 3-phase
