ABOUT HEIDI – Hustle with Heidi

I was previously a self confessed cardio nut. I played netball, loved running, classes like body attack, spinning and anything that would give me a good sweat, until one day I realised that all of that cardio was getting me nowhere. No matter how much I trained my body composition never changed. I entered the lifting world after moving to Dubai for my aviation dream job, gaining 10kg in the process and realising that in order for my body to change my mindset needed to change.

I spent time educating myself through a series of courses and mentoring and am now a certified Personal Trainer and lover of lifting. As my fitness journey progressed I became more and more passionate about weight training as I not only watched my body transform into a physique I never thought possible but saw how the lifestyle positively affected every other aspect of my life. My mindset changed, my hormones were balanced and I felt a renewed energy for life. A weight training lifestyle demands discipline, routine, consistency and self reflection in order to be successful. With these simple habits in place you’re not only able to transform yourself physically and aesthetically but also enhance you overall outlook on life and wellbeing.

I’m an Australian living in Dubai, lover of adventures and the outdoors with a large appetite and multicultural palette. I enjoy coming up with healthy and creative recipes with the ultimate goal of helping people transform and find lifestyle balance and health and fitness happiness.
