I have just completed Heidi’s 12 week reverse program, I was initially interested in Heidi and her way of working from following her on Instagram. I really liked the content she shared along with her knowledge in exercise and diet.
I have never had the best relationship with food and kept my calories low and very strict to avoid gaining weight – so hoped a reverse diet would help me work towards a better relationship with food.
At the end of the 12 weeks I have gone from 1,400 calories per day to around 2,500 (give or take), lost cm’s from around my body, gained 200g in weight, reduced daily activity from 14,000+ steps to 10,000 and gained a lot of PB’s in the gym around some specific exercises – DL’s, Squats, Hack Squat, Shoulder Press and on and on.
It's been a great way to focus for 12 weeks, the app, the plan, the diet ideas – have loved it all and am not going to look at maintaining and seeing what’s next!!!!D. Barnard - Zimbabwe
After multiple spinal surgeries over a 3 year period with no exercise and a bad diet, I got hold of Heidi to help out in losing the 20kg’s I had out on. Still unable to workout in the gym due to spinal injuries, The goal was to lose weight through nutrition and steps. The goal was achieved over a 22 week period, losing 20kg’s and 21cms on the waist. Over the course of the 22 weeks, nutrition intake and macro combinations were altered by Heidi, as were the increase in steps week by week. The process was seamless and worked. Now 20kg’s lighter, and nutritionally healthier, my cholesterol dropped into the healthy range, I felt far more energized and the benefits to my sleeping patterns were substantial. I firmly believe all of the above assisted in the recovery of my spinal injuries. Overall an awesome experience working with Heidi, all of which was done remotely, and fantastic results. Cannot thank her enough!

I did an intense 12 week online course with Heidi to prepare for my wedding. Although excited and resolute at the start I cannot deny I was also daunted. Taking time to prioritise yourself, your mind as well as your body, is not something that in our modern crazy world comes natural to most. It requires commitment and focus, and a recalibration of priorities. Heidi was resolutely by my side for the entire process. She was there for the good days, the celebrations of progress, and the not so good days when your efforts plateau and you question if you can do this! Her commitment was unwavering, her determination to get me to my goal was complete and she was always there as my councilor if I needed to talk. It felt like we were a team, and the ultimate outcome of it was I lost 5.6 kgs, 6 cms off my waist and a total loss of 30 cms all over my body. I felt strong and fit and healthy. Suffice to say I felt amazing on my wedding day and I can never forget Heidi’s part in that feeling. That journey ended with a new journey of friendship. And that is also total and complete.
